Kajal Agarwal was born in Mumbai (19 June 1985), India to Suman Agarwal and Vinay Agarwal. Kajal Agarwal has a sister named Nisha Agarwal who has also begun to act in Telugu movies. Kajal Agarwal finished her studies in Mumbai. Kajal Agarwal started her modeling career while she was in college.. Kajal Agarwal first starred in a minor suppoting role in a Hindi film, before entering the Telugu film industry with Lakshmi Kalyanam. Kajal Agarwal had her first commercial success Telugu film Chandamama and rose to prominence after her performance in the 2009 Telugu film Magadheera, which remains the highest grossing Telugu film all of time. Kajal Agarwal made her acting debut in the 2004 Hindi film Kyun...! Ho Gaya Na, in which Kajal Agarwal enacted a minor supporting role as the friend of Diya, the film’s lead, played by Aishwarya Rai.Kajal Agarwal got her next acting offer only 3 years later, which was veteran Tamil director Bharathiraja’s Bommalattam. The film, however, got delayed and released only in late 2008.
